Reservation Policies

1. A deposit of $100 per person will reserve your space & equipment.

2. Deposits are refundable up to 60 days prior to trip start date. (less a $15 booking fee)

3. The final balance is due on or before 60 days prior to trip start date.

Group Reservations Policies

1. Minimum group size is 6 full paying guests.

2. Group reservations must be made with us directly.(Contact Us)

3. Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of your $100 per person deposit.

4. Persons may be added (space available) up to 3 days prior to the trip start.

Cancellation Policies

1. Cancellation 60-90 days in advance- Full refund less $15 cancellation fee

2. Cancellation 30-60 days in advance- 50% per person cancellation fee

3. Cancellation less than 30 days in advance- No refund

**Trips can be rescheduled due to weather or unforeseen events with advance notice at no charge. Please contact us directly for more information.

We accept MasterCard, Visa and checks. Please call or email us for the credit card form that you can fax back to us or more information on the payment.
