Sailing Experience:
Even a novice sailor will find the boat easy to manage, thanks to the unstayed cat-ketch rig. If you can sail a Sunfish, you can sail one of the Seapearl 21s, either the Lucayan, the Sea Bisquit, the Arawak, or the Carib. You will see the ocean floor throughout the excursion. 90% of the trip will be sailed in less than 20 feet of water. Your guide will be with you throughout the route northbound, minimizing your need for navigation skills.
Did we mention we are running with the southeast trade winds? This means easy sailing on our northbound route. What's the best part of all? You don't have to bring the boats back to their starting point at the end of the expedition- you fly back to the Exuma International Airport while your guides tow the Sea Pearls back with the motorboat.

Food:
We certainly think so! The food is often a pleasant surprise on our trips. We provide 3 meals per person per day. Our schedule provides several opportunities to dine ashore in various restaurants and clubs. A great opportunity to experience the local cuisine. (Yes, we pick up the food tab).

The week's menu will be discussed and established prior to your Bahamas arrival to accommodate personal preferences and food allergies. Soft-drinks, beer, juices, water, and snacks will be provided in your boats personal cooler.
There are two reprovisioning points along the way, should we need them.
